Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced leader who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and grow a well-established residential and commercial painting services company. This role requires a hands-on approach, typically Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for on-call and weekend hours as business needs dictate.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: 5+ years of comprehensive experience as a skilled professional in the painting or other trades industry.

• Operational Leadership: Proven experience in managing and training painting or trades crews, ensuring exceptional quality and strict adherence to safety standards.

• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in painting or trades service sales, including estimating, proposal writing, client relationship management, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities for both residential and commercial customers.

• Strategic Business Management: Significant experience in business management, including budgeting, financial oversight, scheduling, efficient materials procurement, rigorous quality control, and direct supervision of labor.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes and safety regulations relevant to painting operations in the Jackson, WY area.
