Job Description
Seeking assistant with clinical psychology or social work experience/ background.
Work with a retired family physician (“manager”) to implement the development of and start of a new business model caring for those with mental health and or aging challenges. LCSW with clinical background experience preferred. Job qualities require integrity, a strong work ethic and empathy for those in need.
Organizational and basic computer skills (ie spread sheet, word programs) a must. Willingness to embrace ongoing learning, as well as flexibility in serving multiple roles as the proxy for the manager. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities: interacting daily with clients who have challenging behavioral health conditions, providing “boots on the ground” support. Additional role in an array of administrative responsibilities and the ability to work independently.
It is anticipated that as business develops there is a high potential for the position to evolve into a management position. Male applicants preferred with current clients.
Starting salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 a year with signing bonus incentive, plus up to $6000/year in your individual Health/dental related insurance costs, $3000/year for CME related costs, as well as other perks.
