Role Description
We are hiring a full-time CNC Operator in Lancaster, PA for second and third shift . This on-site role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines, performing milling operations, inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met, and keeping equipment in good condition. Prior CNC experience is preferred, but we provide training for motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a team-oriented mindset are key.
