Join Our Team as a Floor Host – Be the Heart of the Office!

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $20.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Host , you’ll be the friendly face of our office floors — the ultimate connector, helper, and problem-solver. You’ll make sure our spaces are polished and ready, meetings go off without a hitch, and every guest or employee feels supported and welcomed.

Your daily mission?

• Be the first impression and the go-to person for visitors, guests, and team members
• Support meeting room setups, assist with AV needs, lighting, supplies, and all the little details that make a big impact
• Perform regular floor tours, keeping the space pristine and professional at all times
• Help people find workspaces, resolve last-minute meeting changes, and reclaim unused rooms
• Be a tech-savvy troubleshooter and hospitality hero
• Capture and report customer interactions — because the little things matter

Who You Are:

• A people-person with 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, events, or similar service industries
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, AV equipment)
• You have a polished, professional appearance and love providing top-tier service
• Able to stand and move around for long periods — you’ll be on the move!
• A multitasking pro who stays cool in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

Bonus Points If You:

• Love a good challenge and aren’t afraid of shifting priorities
• Can spot a crooked chair from across the room and fix it before anyone notices
• Know how to turn a stressed-out guest into a smiling one with just a few kind words

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, full-time hours
