Job Description

Role Summary:

The Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for facilitating and maintaining seamless data integration between internal systems and external partners. This includes overseeing data flow processes, troubleshooting data issues, supporting reporting needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business intelligence requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and troubleshooting complex SQL queries for data analysis.
• Building and maintaining SSRS reports and/or Power BI dashboards.
• Designing and optimizing data integration processes using SSIS.
• Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve data issues.
• Adhering to development standards and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data analytics.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting SQL scripts and queries.
• 4+ years of experience resolving data issues and inconsistencies across integrated systems.
• 4+ years of experience working with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL processes.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining SSRS reports and/or developing Power BI dashboards.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify data needs, and support business reporting functions.

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with data modelling techniques and best practices.
• 1+ year of experience using version control tools like Git or TFS for source code management.
• 1+ year of experience working in Agile or Kanban development environments.
• 1+ year of experience scripting with PowerShell or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is a plus.
