Description We are recruiting for a dynamic, growing digital advertising and brand strategy agency in San Diego that specializes in providing digital advertising solutions and growth strategies for clients selling products on Amazon. Responsibilities Lead the strategic vision, execution, and performance of the advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of senior advertising or marketing leadership experience. Proven success in leading high-performing teams and managing advertising strategies. Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management. Strong analytical skills with a focus on profitability and data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
