Inizio Engage is assembling a dedicated nationwide team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity in the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields. As part of our team, you will provide vital services to our esteemed client, Pfizer.

The primary goal of this position is to enhance awareness of high-risk patients for COVID-19.

This Field Contracted Team will focus on creating awareness about COVID-19 among targeted healthcare professionals, urgent care facilities, and retail pharmacies as instructed. You will report directly to the Area Business Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Giving support to physicians regarding COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
• Educating identified healthcare professionals to ensure preparedness in patient identification.
• Building collaborative relationships with customers through ongoing communication as defined in the engagement contract.
• Working closely with customer-facing colleagues to ensure aligned goals and coordinated efforts.
• Understanding the market landscape in assigned areas to prioritize opportunities and develop actionable plans for maximum sales impact.
• Participating actively in a team environment that champions collaboration and creativity.

What you'll be doing:

• Engaging healthcare providers by addressing inquiries about drug interactions and patient eligibility for treatments.
• Maintaining expert knowledge of the product, market conditions, and educational resources.
• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of the disease state, market trends, and healthcare initiatives to engage in valuable dialogue with customers.
• Implementing strategic call plans to exceed sales goals for assigned areas.
• Conducting customer analysis to tailor effective approaches based on insights from previous interactions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to prioritize opportunities and develop strategic approaches for targeted accounts.
• Guiding customer interactions with retail pharmacies to boost sales efforts.
• Using effective interaction techniques during calls for productive customer engagement.
• Customizing sales messages to align with customer needs.
• Sharing information on available support resources.
• Completing all call reporting and inventory recording as per current procedures.
• Balancing necessary study and certification time outside of territory hours to maintain knowledge and materials.
• Participating in required sales conferences and training sessions, whether locally or remotely.
• Completing all compliance training in alignment with client timelines.

What you need for this position:

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, or similar professional sales roles.
• Hands-on experience in medical device sales or related healthcare roles.
• Background in small business ownership, marketing, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in healthcare sciences or relevant roles such as nursing or pharmacy.
• Background in education, such as teaching or administrative roles in educational institutions.
• Military experience is also valued.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory.
• Willingness to travel and a valid U.S. driver's license with a compliant driving record are essential.
