Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
• Perform outdoor deep cleaning tasks and special outdoor cleaning projects as assigned through DataStream work order system.
• Sweep parking lots and garage, remove all trash and debris, and empty and clean trash containers.
• Remove all trash and debris from front and back of house areas and outside and empty all trash and debris in the outside dumpsters.
• Ensure all signs, posts, and chain fences are straight and secure, and follow department guidelines to appropriately and timely report any repairs needed.
• Maintain and report any malfunction of machinery and equipment as needed.
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, including use of personal protective equipment when required.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Participate in routine drills as assigned.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's KC and department management.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance or outdoor EVS experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required for driving Company vehicles.
• Appropriate and safe use of all outdoor / grounds cleaning tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, sweepers, leaf blowers, tools, ladders, lifts, hand tools, power washers and carts.
• Familiarity with required OSHA standards and all safety guidelines.
• Use of two-way radio.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: while performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch; climb; and talk and hear. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, including overhead lifting. The team member will frequently be required to lift and/or move up to 250 pounds with assistance. The team member will occasionally be required to climb a ladder. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT: while performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, smoke, and bright flashing lights. The team member may be required to perform some essential functions outside during all weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
