Office Manager (FTC) – Global Venture Capital Firm

Temporary (3-month Fixed Term Contract, with possibility of extension)

Salary: $80,000 p.a. - $90,000 p.a. (Full-Time Equivalent)

Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a global venture capital firm with an exciting portfolio of B2B and B2C technology companies, spanning AI, DevOps, fintech, e-commerce, health, climate, and transport.

Founded in 2011, the firm has a presence across seven locations in the US, Europe, and Asia.

They are currently seeking an Interim Office Manager to support their growing team (an investment team of 6–7) for a period of 3 months , with the potential to extend to 4–5 months . This is a fully in-office position .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee all aspects of office coordination
• Manage ordering of office/kitchen supplies
• Support the investment team with domestic travel arrangements
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain conference rooms and manage meeting bookings , ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts
• Assist visiting colleagues from the firm’s international offices
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries
• Welcome guests and ensure a professional and comfortable experience

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of office management or administrative experience, ideally in venture capital, professional services, or a start-up environment
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiar with modern office technology and organizational tools
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
