Our busy Kent clinic is seeking a standout Patient Services Representative to provide secondary coverage during peak hours. What You'll Do:
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll greet and support patients, manage a multi-line phone system, update records, and keep schedules running seamlessly alongside our clinical team. You'll also handle insurance communications and record requests with professionalism and efficiency.

We're seeking an organized, adaptable communicator with great attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset. Familiarity with healthcare is a plus, but not required-we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive.
