YOUR ROLE

As a Deployment Project & Change Manager, you will oversee and coordinate regional or configuration-based deployments of the Manhattan IT stack. You will manage execution timelines, ensure stakeholder engagement, and facilitate smooth transitions across all impacted operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead regional or configuration-type deployments of WMS/OMS systems across warehouse sites.
  • Develop and execute project plans including scope, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to deployment governance, documentation standards, and reporting structures.
  • Maintain close alignment with overall Program Director to ensure consistency and integration.

Change Management

  • Own the change management strategy for assigned regions or site groups.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments, and user adoption plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site teams during implementation phases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional change activities between Operations, IT, and Customer teams.

Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure consistent communication across all constituencies, including warehouse teams, IT, customer stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Resolve issues and escalations, capturing lessons learned to enhance future deployments.
  • Partner with Super User Team Managers and Implementation Engineers to support seamless execution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale logistics technology deployments.
  • Proven track record in deploying Manhattan WMS and OMS products in 3PL or enterprise environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, MS Project).
  • Experience in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
