We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lab Tech to join our world-class team at a leading global supplier in the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our aerospace components and materials through rigorous testing, analysis, and documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance tests on aerospace materials, components, and systems using industry-standard methodologies, including ASTM-E18.
• Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Calibrate and maintain a wide range of testing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to engineering and management teams.
• Investigate quality issues, participate in root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and testing procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in aerospace quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, calibrations, and quality control measures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new quality assurance procedures and testing methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment in the laboratory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in ASTM-E18 testing methodologies and standards is a big plus.
• Experience in conducting and documenting quality audits.
• Demonstrated ability to calibrate and maintain various testing tools and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, FAA, EASA).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required to meet project deadlines.
