Job Description

Candidate Source has an opening for a Roll Clamp Operator with a growing manufacturing company based in Richmond, VA. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating and managing various industrial trucks to load and unload materials, maintain inventory transactions, and ensure the accurate movement of products to and from designated areas. This role also involves creating Bills of Lading (BOL) using our Warehouse Management System.

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Rotating Days)

• Operate sit-down forklifts, roll clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to safely transport materials.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System and RF scanners to track and manage inventory.
• Pick, wrap, stage, and label orders for shipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist in training new warehouse employees and participate in inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards, including PPE and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Minimum one year of experience operating a Roll Clamp in a manufacturing environment.
• Must complete forklift and process-specific clamp truck certifications.
• Ability to use RF scanners, operate manual and electric pallet jacks, and communicate effectively with team members.
