With a presence in multiple countries and a reputation for excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Safety Manager to oversee and implement our company's safety programs across all our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSHA regulations, risk management, and manufacturing processes, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining a culture of safety in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies that comply with OSHA standards and other relevant regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of all manufacturing facilities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
• Provide safety training and education to all employees, including new hires, to ensure a thorough understanding of safety protocols and best practices
• Manage and maintain safety-related documentation, including incident reports, training records, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to integrate safety practices into daily operations and production processes
• Stay up-to-date with changes in safety regulations and industry standards, and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety metrics and report on progress to senior management
• Manage the company's safety budget, including the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety-related tools and resources
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and audits
• Lead the company's emergency response planning and coordinate drills and training exercises
• Implement and maintain a robust chemical management system to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials
• Develop and oversee ergonomics programs to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and improve employee comfort and productivity
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to integrate safety considerations into job descriptions, hiring processes, and performance evaluations
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage safety-related communications, tasks, and follow-ups

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is a big plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards
• Proficiency in CRM systems and their application in safety management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and associated safety considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
