We view every client relationship like a partnership, and truly believe that our success is a result of joint success.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our Tax Department. This position will report to the Senior Manager.REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting· 2-6 plus years of accounting and/or tax compliance experience, preferably within a corporate tax, accounting or finance environment or a combination of experience within a corporate tax environment and a public accounting firm· Must have exceptional analytical skills· Work well under pressure, ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities· Detail oriented, ability to plan, extremely organized, complete work with minimal supervision· Experience conducting research, interpreting, and documenting resolutions· Knowledge of sales and use tax preparation, laws, use tax accrual, and research a plus· High energy and highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time, in an efficient manner· Ability to solve problems and implement process improvements· Independent thinker, self-starter and proficient problem solving skills· Ability to understand and analyze complex issues· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers and store staff· Software proficiency in income tax preparation (Prosystem Axcess), income tax planning (BNA), tax research (RIA), Microsoft Office· Proficient in QuickBooksLicense/Certification:CPA (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
