As a Senior Art Director reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will support the creative ideation and execution of seasonal fashion campaigns. You will contribute to creating modern, aspirational fashion visuals, maintain high-quality graphic design in post-production, and blend visual storytelling with organizational skills to deliver cohesive assets. Key Responsibilities: Support Best-in-Class Work: Contribute strategic ideas, enhance KPIs, and ensure creative alignment with objectives. Support Fashion Initiatives: Design and execute fashion campaigns, collaborate with production teams, participate in shoots, and oversee post-production. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to inform creative decisions. Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure brand cohesion across all assets and customer touchpoints. Client Satisfaction: Build relationships with internal teams to support business growth. Qualifications: Proven experience as an art director or similar role in fashion retail. Strong portfolio of multi-channel creative projects. Exceptional visual storytelling skills. Strong collaboration and time management skills. Understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Office 365, Slack. Minimum of 8 years in a creative role. Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
