We are hiring Warehouse Supervisor

Candidates must be based in Saint Louis, MO

Reporting to Shipping Manager

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the activities of all warehouse clerks on property.
• Manage receipt of all incoming products and verify them as per set procedures.
• Responsible for material handling & storage in the warehouse as per set procedures.
• Coordinate and process orders for shipment and arrange shipping as per set procedures.
• Supervise and carry out cleaning activities as per master cleaning schedule and document the same.
• Ensure GMP in the warehouse.
• Write standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
• Suggest improvement for hygiene and housekeeping of the warehouse area.
• Train and assign jobs to warehouse clerks.
• Maintains all files in the Warehouse Division of Roha.
• Directs warehouse clerks to prepare boxes for shipment and maintains records of all shipments sent out; prepares shipments as needed.
• Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve Warehouse disputes.
• Attaches the invoice to Purchase Order and indicates the quantity received, number of boxes, date received, invoice number, and any other pertinent information.
• Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
• Report all pertinent information to the Plant Manager and perform additional duties that may be assigned by management.
