About Us Flowers for Dreams is leading a craft flower movement, offering locally crafted flowers at fair prices across Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, and overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. We are seeking an experienced sales consultant specializing in weddings and events. This role involves quoting, inspiring, and booking wedding decor with our production team. The position is based in Detroit, with onsite work during peak weekends and 1-2 days/week remote flexibility. Compensation includes salary, commissions, and bonuses based on experience. Help us become the leading brand in flowers and a socially conscious, nationwide leader! Duties/Responsibilities Quote, consult, and sell floral arrangements to brides, grooms, and planners. Create, edit, and manage client wedding proposals, recipes, and production notes. Communicate with venues and conduct walkthroughs. Maintain timely and effective communication with clients. Manage client pipeline using our CRM and recipe software. Assist with in-studio floral design, marketing events, and installations. Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in wedding/event sales with a passion for design. Existing book of business, venue, or planner contacts. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor. Comfortable working in a team environment. Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, and industry trends. Availability to work peak season weekends and key floral holidays. Ability to prioritize urgency in orders and bookings. Shared aesthetic values with the Flowers for Dreams brand.
